Website Terms

Effective and last updated: July 28, 2026

These Website Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of trishseatravel.com and related website content operated by Transcendigo LLC through its Trish Sea Travel brand (“Trish Sea Travel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These are website-use terms. A proposal, invoice, client agreement, supplier contract, booking confirmation, insurance policy, or other document connected with a particular trip may contain additional terms. If there is a conflict concerning that trip or service, the more specific applicable document controls.

1. About Trish Sea Travel

Trish Sea Travel is a brand of Transcendigo LLC and provides travel-advisory and travel-planning services as an independent travel advisor hosted by WorldVia Travel Group. We may research, recommend, coordinate, and facilitate reservations offered by independent cruise lines, hotels, resorts, airlines, tour operators, insurers, transfer companies, and other travel suppliers.

2. Informational website; no booking until confirmed

Website content, sample itineraries, destination descriptions, supplier references, photographs, and recommendations are provided for general information and inspiration. They are not a binding quote, promise of availability, reservation, or guarantee of a particular experience.

A trip is not booked or confirmed merely because you submit an inquiry, participate in a consultation, receive a proposal, or follow an external booking link. Reservations are confirmed only through the applicable booking process and after required payments and confirmations have been completed.

3. Quotes, prices, and availability

Travel prices, promotions, taxes, fees, schedules, routes, ports, room or cabin inventory, and supplier policies can change without notice until a reservation is confirmed. Quotes may expire and may be subject to currency changes, occupancy rules, minimums, or other supplier conditions. We are not responsible for changes made by a supplier before confirmation.

4. Supplier terms and responsibility

Travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers. Your purchase and use of those services are subject to each supplier’s terms, conditions, tariffs, ticket contracts, health and safety requirements, privacy practices, cancellation rules, and limitations of liability.

Trish Sea Travel does not own, operate, manage, or control those suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, insolvency, schedule changes, service quality, injuries, property loss, closures, cancellations, delays, or other performance. We will provide reasonable assistance within the scope of our services, but we cannot guarantee a supplier’s actions or outcomes.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Requests for accessibility accommodations or special services are not guaranteed and remain subject to supplier confirmation and operational capability.

6. Payments, cancellations, changes, and refunds

Payment schedules, professional fees, cancellation rights, change fees, credits, and refund eligibility depend on the specific proposal, client agreement, fare, insurance policy, and supplier terms applicable to the booking. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, supplier penalties and nonrefundable amounts remain the traveler’s responsibility.

We do not promise that a supplier will grant an exception, credit, or refund outside its published or contracted terms. Any professional fee charged by Trish Sea Travel will be disclosed separately before it is incurred.

7. Travel insurance

Travel involves financial and personal risk. Travel insurance may help protect against certain covered cancellations, interruptions, delays, medical emergencies, evacuations, baggage losses, or other events, subject to the policy’s terms and exclusions. Insurance is a separate product provided by an insurer. You are responsible for reviewing coverage carefully and deciding whether it meets your needs. Declining insurance may expose you to significant unreimbursed losses.

8. Group travel

Group inventory, rates, amenities, and concessions may depend on minimum participation, payment, or room and cabin requirements. Each traveler or household remains responsible for its own timely information, approvals, documents, and payments unless a written agreement states otherwise. A group organizer may receive logistical information reasonably necessary to coordinate shared arrangements, but private payment or sensitive traveler information will not be shared except as authorized or required.

9. External and First Mate links

The website may link to supplier booking platforms, Instagram, Virgin Voyages, and other third-party websites. A Virgin Voyages First Mate link lets visitors enter Virgin’s own voyage-planning and booking flow with Trish Sea Travel’s advisor identifiers included. The supplier operates that platform, controls the booking process, and determines whether and how advisor support is attached under its rules.

We may receive compensation from travel suppliers or our host agency when travel is booked through advisor-connected channels. This ordinarily does not change the supplier’s publicly offered price, but prices and terms are always controlled by the applicable supplier.

10. Intellectual property

The website’s original text, design, selection, arrangement, branding, and other content are owned by or licensed to Trish Sea Travel and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial trip-planning purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, modify, distribute, or exploit website content without prior written permission.

Supplier names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

11. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, submit false or unlawful information, impersonate another person, harvest information, or use the site in a manner that violates law or others’ rights.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that website content is complete, current, or suitable for every traveler or trip.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Transcendigo LLC and Trish Sea Travel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, data, opportunities, enjoyment, or goodwill; or losses arising from website use, reliance on website content, third-party links, or supplier acts or omissions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

15. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning these Website Terms that is not governed by a more specific written agreement will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Wake County, North Carolina, and the parties consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

16. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
